Jump Start January

Who's ready to start the New Year off with a contest? Starting January 1st, 2015 we will be running a Jump Start January contest. The goal of this contest is to bring your health into the forefront of your daily life. It's all too easy to get busy and make the decision to eat poorly due to time constraints or skip the gym when you're just not feeling it. But we want January to be about you and your personal health.

So how does it work? Well, we have a list below that outlines all of the ways you can earn points next month. This system allows us to accurately track your fitness progress.  At the end of the month we will tally up each member's points and the winner's membership will be half-off for the month of February. The runner-up will get a t-shirt or tank. Help us help you keep in line with your fitness goals.

POINT SYSTEM

+10 pts : Turning in your food journal (per week, chance to earn 40 pts.)
+10 pts : Each Community WOD attended
+10 pts : PR on a previously completed WOD done in January
+5 pts : Each class you use ZenPlanner to register for
+5 pts : Check in on Facebook
+5 pts : Following us on Instagram
+5 pts : Tag us on Instagram wearing your ChalkDust swag @chalkdustcrossfit
+1 pt : Like us on Facebook 
+1 pt : Each class you attend
+1 pt : Check in for class using ZenPlanner
+1 pt : Each time you send some good vibes someones way on ChalkDust's Community page (give some encouragement, congratulate on a PR, or thanking them for pushing you through a tough WOD)
