Coach Lynette has tested out these healthy granola recipes with her and her family, and they are now staples in their meal prep routine! If you are struggling with grazing all day and not making the best choices while doing so, we suggest prepping healthy options ahead of time. This way, if you start to mindlessly snack, it will at least be better than Oreos and potato chips.

Remember that most things in moderation will not through your training off track. It’s when we don’t have a healthy balance. Being overly restrictive of what we allow ourselves to have, in general, isn’t a sustainable way of living. And that’s what we want right. Sustainability.

Build a healthy relationship with food, but also hold yourself accountable. If you start to go off the rails, take a deep breath, acknowledge it, and keep it moving. Decide you are going to clean it up and start that journey right back up. We are all human.
