CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES

Our classes are structured and programmed to specialize in getting you results. Because results are everything. Our program is meticulously designed to challenge your training, ensuring that you never plateau and you are always making progress.

We track your daily results which are easily accessible by your computer or phone and in real time, shows you how far you have come. We truly believe that you get out of your training, what you put in. If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to take you the rest of the way.

GET STARTED WITH FOUNDATIONS

To optimize your success and ensure your injury prevention is our top priority we require all new athletes to begin with Foundations.

All new members starting at ChalkDust are required to complete a one-time Foundations Course consisting of three 60-minute sessions. These sessions are one-on-one with our certified coaches to ensure safety and proper movement patterns, as well as discuss any existing injuries and goal setting. Once Foundations are complete, athletes can begin attending regular classes.

ChalkDust At Home

On demand virtual training

There are thousands of At Home workouts that promise a lot. They use buzz words like quick and easy, but at ChalkDust, we know that results don’t happen overnight. To get real results that last, it takes hard work, dedication and consistency.

If you are a self motivated person and can thrive without a group setting, our On Demand Virtual Training program is perfect for you. We have created a program with everything that makes our in-person classes successful and wrapped it up into an On-Demand experience that is completely customizable to you and what you have available to you.

Some days we have more time to dedicate to a workout than others so our programs reflect that. Choose what you want, when you want it. We believe that proper form, mobility, and the knowledge of how to effectively do the WODs are vital to your success and longevity within this program. So our programming and coaches reflect that in the videos, description and are even available to answer questions. We give you endless modifications and suggestions depending on your equipment available and fitness level.

Boot Camp

CLASSES ARE 45 MINUTES

This challenging body conditioning class pushes you to sculpt, tone, and burn your way toward your next transformation. This class does not use barbells and is perfect for all levels. We customize the workouts to each individual and each coach is dedicated to motivating you the whole class. These classes are 45 minutes of high intensity, meant to keep you moving the entire time. From cardio to core conditioning, our Boot Camp style workouts are designed to get you results.

These classes are currently not in session at this time, please reach out to hear when we plan to restart this program.


ChalkDust Kids

THIS WILL BE A SIX WEEK SERIES FROM 01.03.24 - 02.17.24
AGES 5-8 WELCOME!


Classes are Wednesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 8:30am.
Each class will be 60 minutes.

ChalkDust Kids is a method for teaching high metabolic training to kids. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, ChalkDust Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Personal Training

OFFERED IN HALF AND FULL HOUR TRAINING

Discuss your goals for training, one-on-one with one of our trainers and together you will create a plan that is tailored to your personal agenda. You will work together to attain the results you want.

Every step of the way, our trainers will motivate and challenge you.
