CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES
Our classes are structured and programmed to specialize in getting you results. Because results are everything. Our program is meticulously designed to challenge your training, ensuring that you never plateau and you are always making progress.
We track your daily results which are easily accessible by your computer or phone and in real time, shows you how far you have come. We truly believe that you get out of your training, what you put in. If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to take you the rest of the way.
Get Started with Foundations
To optimize your success and ensure your injury prevention is our top priority we require all new athletes to begin with Foundations.
All new members starting at ChalkDust are required to complete a one-time Foundations Course consisting of three 60-minute sessions. These sessions are one-on-one with our certified coaches to ensure safety and proper movement patterns, as well as discuss any existing injuries and goal setting. Once Foundations are complete, athletes can begin attending regular classes.
